Scannable Pro is the upgrade to the app you already know and love—and with it comes with a whole new suite of features and functionality.
With Scannable Access, you can:
- access our product database with details of over 22,000 PPE products from more than 280 manufacturers
- add items to your inventory list
- record routine inspections
- view an item’s inspection history
- and print inspection reports

Scannable Pro was made with organisations in mind, and delivers incredible efficiencies to jobs that traditionally have been time consuming and just plain hard-to-do.
In addition to all of the Scannable Access features you know and love, with Scannable Pro you can:

Compile a detailed inventory for your organisation (in one place, accessible by all), and see its history.

Create your own product (template) if it doesn’t already exist in our database. You can then use this template to add items to your inventory.

Scan multiple items (like a supermarket checkout) and assign or move them in bulk.

If you’re an early adopter of the Scannable app and have an existing account, you will have been automatically upgraded to Scannable Pro for a free trial. Anyone who signs up for an account from now on will start with a trial of Scannable Pro—completely free! If you missed out on your trial, get in touch and we’ll sort you out.
Not keen on upgrading? That’s ok! You get to enjoy the free trial, after which we’ll switch you back to Scannable Access.
We’re not asking for credit card details for the free trial, so you won’t be charged for any use of Scannable Pro.
After the trial period, if you have not subscribed to Scannable Pro your account will automatically be changed back to Scannable Access, which will remain free of charge.
