How quickly can we get set up with Scannable?

Most teams are up and running within a week. Because Scannable's database includes equipment from over 280 manufacturers, you rarely need to enter product details manually; most of your gear will already be there.

Does Scannable support IRATA compliance requirements?

Yes. Scannable is built to support the equipment management and inspection record-keeping requirements set out by IRATA. For each item, you can record all the details IRATA requires — manufacturer, model, date of purchase, date of first use, expiry date, serial number, safe working load, and compliance documents such as declarations of conformity. Inspection frequencies can be set for both Detailed and Interim Inspections, with next due dates calculated automatically. Inspection results, notes, photos, and PDFs are stored against each item and accessible at any time.

Our team works across multiple sites and vehicles – can Scannable handle this?

Yes. You can organise your inventory using Folders, which mirror your real-world structure — create a folder for each site, vehicle, or kit bag, and assign equipment to the relevant folder. Items can be moved between folders as equipment is moved from job to job, and you can see at a glance what's where. Your whole team works within the same account, so there's one live view of all equipment across all locations.
